The author implemented new ways of studies of the organic microcirculation in case of the stomach and duodenum peptic ulcer with the use of laser Doppler flowmeter in experimental and clinical investigations. Methods of peptic ulcer surgical treatment with the use of Alloplant allogenic stimulation as well as methods of anastomosis protection with hemostatic and sealing "Allogem" preparation were developed and introduced into clinical practice.

СТИМУЛЯЦИЯ РЕГЕНЕРАЦИИ И КОРРЕКЦИЯ МИКРОЦИРКУЛЯЦИИ ЖЕЛУДКА И ДВЕНАДЦАТИПЕРСТНОЙ КИШКИ ПРИ ЛЕЧЕНИИ ЯЗВЕННОЙ БОЛЕЗНИ
On the experimental material there was determined a regenerative liver activity in case of cirrhosis against the background of the effect when acted upon different types of surgical regenera-tion stimulation with the aid of biochemical, morphometrical, histological and electron-microscopic methods. A morpho-functional dynamics of the restoration processes was estimated. A morphologi-cal and theoretical substantiation of the combined use efficacy in the clinic of the allogenic dis-persed Alloplant biomaterial and fetal human tissue when treating diffused liver lesions was given in the article.

In the process of experimental and clinical investigations there have been studied morphological changes in the liver tissue following the use of the dispersed biological material i.e. the regeneration stimulator after the liver resection. Its use allows to substantially speed up an intensive regeneration of hepatocytes which is manifested in the proliferation and intracellular regeneration of hepatocytes, replenishment of the liver macrophage population and activation. It contributes to the connective tissue involution and restoration of the liver structure. There was developed a complex of measures to stimulate liver regeneration in case of the liver cyst and benign tumour resection, including the insertion of the allogenic regeneration stimulator into the liver tissue after the resection as well as the intraportal laser irradiation, intraportal introduction of hepatotropic drugs and hyperbaric oxygenation to provide restorative compensatory potentialities of the remaining part of the liver and prevention of hepatic insufficiency during the postoperative period.

There was developed a new membranous allograft "allogem". During the experiment there was studied and shown hemostasis efficacy with the use of a new membranous alloplastic material "Allogem" in case of liver resection. There was studied the character of the morphological and histological changes of the liver in the contact zone with 'Allogem" hemostatic membrane in the short-term and long-term periods following the liver resection.
